Health Outreach Partners in Michigan! Health Outreach Partners recently traveled to Grand Rapids, Michigan, to take part in the National Center for Farmworker Health’s Agricultural Worker Health Spring Symposium. This wasn’t just a trip to attend—we were proud to partner with NCFH in meaningful ways throughout the event. The HOP team co-developed and moderated workshop sessions, co-facilitated daily strategy-sharing sessions, and provided hands-on logistical support. It was an inspiring few days spent surrounded by passionate people, all working toward a common goal: improving the health and well-being of agricultural workers nationwide. Check out the HOP team in action! |
