This new model, in effect since July '22, allows for reimbursement for certain CHW activities and incentivizes organizations to not only hire more of these workers but also value the position more than ever before. |

| Come Together To Give Thanks and Support Health Equity and Access for All Health Outreach Partners wishes all of our friends, family, and partners a Happy Thanksgiving Holiday. Many of us will come together in person this year for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic to share a meal and give thanks. This last year HOP has continued to build health center capacity to help advance health equity and increase access to care for the over 30 million people that access community health centers nationally. Central among those people are farmworkers, responsible for getting food to our Thanksgiving celebrations. Please consider HOP when planning your annual Giving Tuesday gifts. Help us keep farmworkers healthy and realize our vision for the future where everyone has access to quality health care. #GivingTuesday |
