Dear Partners, Supporters, and Friends, This Giving Tuesday, we face a critical moment for our nation’s health and equity. In the wake of the recent election results, many communities will see uncertainty in healthcare access and inclusion in health plan coverage. At Health Outreach Partners (HOP), we remain committed to eliminating barriers to care and empowering those most in need through outreach, training, and support for community health centers across the country. Now more than ever, we must come together to protect the health and dignity of underserved communities nationwide. Our Mission and Your Role in It: Health Outreach Partners envisions a world where everyone has the right to quality healthcare, regardless of background or income. We are dedicated to reaching vulnerable groups, including migrant workers, rural residents, and low-income families, who face disproportionate risks in this challenging political landscape. With your support, we can continue to: - Provide health education and other resources for communities whose voice is historically excluded,
- Train community health workers to bridge the gap between individuals and the care they need,
- Develop and expand strategies to reduce health disparities and empower underserved populations.
